Our Charter:

To implement the site-based management strategy of the Providence School Department by generating Action Items that improve student performance.

-- Providence School Department Draft Strategic Plan, Strategy 9.

"In the adoption of any activity, we will always attempt to enhance site-based decision-making."
-- Providence School Department Draft Strategic Plan, Parameters.

Approach

Utilize the talents of a volunteer team (parents, teachers, administrators, students) to identify best practices and lessons learned, formulate a realistic list of action items, and present findings in a user-friendly format (e.g. video, website) that will enhance understanding and successful implementation.
